By booking a stay at our properties, you agree to the following:

Rules

Check-in:  Check-in time is from 15H00

Check-out:  Check-out time is by 11H00 to allow for cleaning.

Property Use:  Please treat Siesta Cottage and The Pebble with care. Any major breakages or structural damages will be billed to the guest.

Cooking:  No cooking of any sort is allowed in The Pebble Guest Suite, it is heat and eat ONLY.

No Smoking:  Strictly no smoking is permitted inside or near any open doors and windows.  Do not leave your butts, etc. in the garden, flower pots or dustbins.

Noise & Conduct:  Out of respect for neighbours, your hosts and other guests, please be mindful of noise in general and quiet hours apply from 22h00.

If perhaps we forgot something and there is no toilet paper, towels or milk, or if you experience any technical or Wi-Fi issues please let us know so that we can sort it out to ensure you have what we offered.

Indemnity & Liability Disclaimer
By proceeding with this booking, you agree to the following terms:

Own Risk:  All guests and visitors enter and reside at the property entirely at their own risk.

Total Release of Liability:  All guests and visitors hereby release and hold harmless the owner, management, and all staff members from any and all liability for injury, illness, death, theft, or loss of any kind, whether to person or property.

Scope of Coverage:  This indemnity applies regardless of how the loss or injury occurred, even if caused by the act or omission of the owner or staff, and whether or not such act was negligent.

Property Damage:  The owner and staff accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal effects, including vehicles parked on the premises.

Guests & Invitees:  This agreement is binding on all members of your party and any visitors you bring onto the premises. You warrant that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
