Refund policy

ASSESS AND REST CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Assess and Rest Pty Ltd offers a relaxed booking cancellation policy across all our platforms:
  • Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before their scheduled check-in time.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booking total.
  • Check-In Window: Check-in details and access codes for Siesta Cottage and The Pebble will be issued once the free cancellation window closes.
  • All processed website refunds may be subject to standard local bank card processing fees.
